CakePHP with jqGrid

I've started to develop a small application, but unfortunately,I haven't code it in a best practice manner. For this project, I'd like that the application (the 3 screens presented - login, project list and project info) is re-built along a MVC design pattern. Also for some standardization and simplicity, I'd like that CakePHP framework is used. Here is a link of the first step of the project [login to view URL] that shows you the application. Really as the first step, I'd like that we take only these 3 pages that you've seen in the video (login, projectList and projectInfo) and that we code them in an MVC and solid way via CakePHP. I think I have a lot of duplication in terms of CSS, scripts, loading, etc? So really to optimize this in the best way. _**Information about the attachments**_ Project --> This is the code for the demo you've seen in the link video. It includes the navigation and the grids. Database --> Export from the database I'm using. It has more stuff than needed because this is the database I used for the complete prototype which has more screens. The project uses jqGrid and must continue to use those grids. You can download the full jqGrid demo at www.trirand.net.
