CRM Coding Changes

I have a website as well as a CRM. I need coding modifications to be made to the CRM. I am looking for a company that has experience in online learning systems or strong php skills. The site needs to have a student section constructed with tracking code built in to record user activity. The modifications also need to allow users to resume from their last stopping point. I also need modifications to the question manager. There is a certain type of question that needs to be included in the CRM. depending on user response, the site will allow the user to advance or will require the student to view the previous page again and assign the student a new question. There is a test manager that allows us to create tests. The test manager has options to have a time requirement on each test and to determine the prior test and previous test. This is not functioning as it should and needs to be corrected. The original programmers used a off the shelf software called igivetest. Do you think that you are able to perform these duties? Please provide a quote, length of time required to complete this project and whether it can be done.
