I am willing to Purchase software so that I can send emails, minimum 100000/day, maximum may reach up-to, 1000000/day. READ IT CAREFULLY: Please do not send me SMTP rates per month. I want a Permanent solution for my company. In short I want that i do not want to pay monthly i want some permanent resolution, so that i can send emails 100000-1000000 emails/days, w/o paying any body, of-course I will Purchase the Software. Tell me How can I build my own SMTP Server in my Lap Top.

What you are looking for is impossible buddy. There are a lot of cheap solution out there as scripts like Interspire Email Marketer but the SCRIPT is not what will have the capability to send THAT many emails per day its the server. Setting that up on your laptop is impossible and your MX record will get messed up. Do it right and use a service provider. Why do u think all of them charge per n'th number of email sent?
