Arduino GPS logger troubleshooting

We require the services of an Arduino specialist to assist in the software troubleshooting of an existing Arduino based GPS data logging device.
We already have a hardware prototype using Arduino, Bluetooth and GPS and SD card hardware modules on an embedded platform, but need some assistance in having the software reliably logging the desired GPS data to the SD card.
We can provide the existing C++ source code and dev environment we have to the successful bidder to use as a platform to complete the task.
We are looking for an initial engagement of 2-3 hours to determine the viability of the project.
