A multi tenanted Saas Helpdesk application built to work with Azure. Being familiar with agile development and TFS is an advantage.
Broadly speaking you will develop a helpdesk solution
End User Functionality:
Extend built in membership/role provider - registration, logon, lost password function, my account function.
Allow tickets to be raised and replied to.
Allow tickets to be assigned to a specific department.
Allow tickets to be assigned to a specific user
View knowledgebase articles.
Comment on knowledgebase articles.
Rate ticket response/knowledgebase article.
Staff users:
Login/logout/update own profile.
Respond to tickets for which they are assigned the department role.
Respond to tickets which are assigned to them.
View a dashboard which shows stats on how they are performing.
Escalate/reassign tickets to individual/department
Add/delete/edit knowledgebase articles in assigned relevant role.
Reporting tools if assigned role.
Admin users:
Add/edit/del staff users
Manage staff user assigned roles
Manage end user accounts
Manage assigned departments
View audit logs for staff accounts
Add/edit/del departments for tickets and knowledgebase
Add/edit/del knowledgebase articles.
Manage helpdesk installation - set helpdesk name, company name etc.
Super user:
Can setup a 'tenant' - e.g. each install of the helpdesk.
Assign licenses - e.g. assign number of staff CALs/seats that can be used per installation, number of end user accounts.
Signup script also required.
AJAX and jquery are required.
Each tenant will be available via a separate url which distinguishes the install e.g.
http://localhost/test/
http://localhost/google/
We are looking for a working build as soon as possible and hope to release the helpdesk with minimal marketable features. There may be the opportunity for additional work.
