API Coder for Special Project

Hello, We need a strong coder or team to code a list of sites where our engine will distribute resumes. Attached are 2 examples. * Please do not bid without reading and understand the task. We have many sites that need to be coded so that our engine works and when a users signs up and uploads their resume, it actually reaches the intended websites.
