Designer + Coders For Unique Magento Sites - READ FIRST!

Hello bidders! THE BUDGET INDICATED IS FOR EACH SITE, NOT THE ENTIRE PROJECT. I need a designer/coder (team or individual is fine) to develop specific magento themes in different niches. Here's what I'll need you to do: 1. Create designs for the sites - I'll provide basic guidelines and samples that I want you to model. 2. Convert the designs into magento themes - MUST be compatible with Firefox (all versions), IE (all versions), google Chrome, and Safari. 3. Insert navigation menus and links as I specify. 4. Install the theme on my server. 5. Install additional plugins and/or functionality that I specify. I'll need a 'rewards program' system, 'live chat' functionality, ability to email all the customers, an affiliate program for the site and maybe a couple other tiny little additions here and there. These are mostly available as free plugins already, so this should be pretty easy to do. 6. Ensure and test that everything is working just fine. 7. Help maintain and manage the finished site with product additions, customer uploads and so on. I'll guide you all the way in terms of the SEO needed + keywords to be tagged and so on. In your bids please indicate the price per site. All in all I have 10+ sites and themes to be created. THE BUDGET INDICATED IS FOR EACH SITE, NOT THE ENTIRE PROJECT. Payments: Paypal is fine by me or any form of escrow as well. Do NOT expect full upfront payments before you begin the project. I'll pay for each theme/site as we go. I need someone RELIABLE for this. Any additional support that I require from you will be compensated for as well.
