Control panel edit in Joomla

I'm in rush to get a site done. The site is here [login to view URL](remove_this)[login to view URL] The control panel needs to be finished. It needs to be changed to be like my(remove_this)[login to view URL] control panel. Not all the features. Just the functionality / design of their customer's section and want are users to be able to easily manage their faxes / account. I need this done in 4 days. I'm willing to pay $150 for it to be done if it's done in 4 days. So Tuesday Morning at 9 am USA EST. I dont' think it's that hard of work and some of it has been started. Note right now the control is just on the homepage for testing purposes it won't be like that. Only the user would see it. The site is made in joomla.
