Coders familiar with either osdate or zen cart

Basically I need a text service preferrably for osdate, The idea is that when a member texts there profile name to my premium rate number (not yet set up) it charges them £1.50 for the sms and displays there profile in the featured profile section of the website. The website is osdate and is already setup- [login to view URL], the featured profile section is already there. Your job as the coder would be to find the best value for money premium sms service for example: [login to view URL] (not sure if this is the best) And when there profile name is text to this number it appears in the featured profile section of osdate as simple as that. That is the main part of the project an optional part would to make it work for zen cart, I have transformed this into a male escort site and the products are now escorts [login to view URL] if you could make it so when an escort/product texts there name to this number it also puts the in the featured products/escorts part. (there is additional payment for this part.)
