Build an affiliate program

We need for someone to build (or use an existing script, you don't have to make it on your own) an affiliate program script for use on our website, PowerProWeb.Com. Will need to have some sort of anti-cheating system, and some sort of backend so that affiliates can view their stats and for the admin to be able to control basic settings. You do not need to build your own script, you can use an existing one. It will need to be in PHP using mySQL as the database. You will be paid in web hosting, not money.
