Auction software & installation

*for charity *auction software I will be running a small, charity auction in mid-March (3rd year running now) and need some reliable software to auction off around 100 or so items. The auction will last for 3 weeks and will be an on-line auction similar to eBay with proxy bidding. I am looking for something that will allow me to list items in advance with a 'start/go live' date that I can specify; that will allow the currency to be GBP (if it can also convert currencies so much the better!); will allow me to set how long the auction will last for from 1 day to 30 days; will allow small jpg images of the item to be displayed; allow for proxy bidding with notification to highest biiders and if someone has been outbid, will help generate a custom invoice (I'd like a link to be added to this so people know where to pay) or will auto-inform people they have won any items at the end of the 3 weeks etc. I'm not interested in fancy whistles and bells and all payments for items won will be made direct through [login to view URL] so don't need a shopping cart or paypal or other ecommerce type facilities. Only registered users will be able to bid and I will be the only one able to post items up for bidding (though this isn't essential as I have worked around this before). I'm not set on it being php if there is anything better and more reliable on offer. It's the only one I know from the choice above having had a horrible experience with this last year for the same auction! I am also hopeless at installing phps scripts so if it is that, then installation will also be required. This is a very small project that I am paying for myself so the budget is not big at all, I'm afraid.
