appmobi push notification js help

I am attaching a file that is generated by the appmobi xdk. It allows me to send push notifications to my app users on my android app.

Right now, when the app loads for very first time, it prompts the user for name, email and password, before they can get push notifications.

I need to edit the file to make it where the user is NOT prompted to enter this information, and where they get the push messages by default without entering any information.
