Customize and Configure EMS Open Source Application

This project is to configure and tweek an open source Ambluance EPCR and Dispatch software called WebEMS. We will like someone to downlod the softare and configure it per the requiremenst below and install it on our server. 1. Configure software to be able to generate and print reports. Functionlity is already there but just need to configure to print on a PDF template that comes with the installtion file. No need to write addition code. 2. Active all script fucntionilty on our server 3. Connect script to a mySQL database so that all records enter into systems are stored on the DataBase where it can be pulled for reporting letter on. 4. Add option to add more user and access leve for access the script. Should be secure and tied to the database.
