Auction scanner

Hi! I need a website that does the following: - User can register/login and add search alerts. - After adding a search alert the website scanner will scan through the following sites by using their API's: - Ebay - Overstock - Ebid Such a site already exists in The Netherlands, I need a site similar to this website (with a bit fewer functionality though), take a look at [login to view URL] (use [login to view URL], dutch <> english). The best way would be doing the website itself in Joomla and the scanning of the auction sites in PHP by using the API's. Note: I will supply a template for the website, but I'm not sure if this will be in the beginning of the project or at the ending. Note 2: You might be able to use a script for this which already exists, if you know a script which looks like having this functionality please let me know in your PM since this will save a lot of time.
