All members of the site must be able to place an auction not just admin.
Members will be able to bid or place auction and must be a member to do so.
There will be a fee on all auctions.
There will be a percentage fee also on closing of auctions
Auction sales will be completed through paypal.
Will have up to 20 categories.
One categorie will have a reverse auction where the bidding goes lower with an or best offer option.
I would like it to be clean like ebay. I dont want fancy timers like some out there.
Bidders should send links of auction sites they have already completed.
