Apple (IOS), Android & Blackberry Expenses Application with Online site sync

I am looking for a team of professionals who have experience in developing applications for the mobile community. I would like to see a sample of your work already carried out. I am expecting the professional to have in-depth knowledge of IOS and android application design development and testing on all platforms. As part of the application delivery I am also expecting testing on all platforms and devices. I am looking for an application to be developed that will be published on Google play store and Apple App store. The application will entail taking a picture of a receipt recording some details about the receipt in to the mobile device. These details will be amount, type of receipt, tax amount, total amount, and depending on the type of receipt a description of the receipt, as well as date and time of recording and date and time of the actual receipt too. On pressing submit I am expecting the application to save the image with a tag of the transaction, and record the information captured in some sort of database. The information recorded for the application setup should include personal details, address, the address of the company the receipts will go to etc etc and is required to be changeable as time goes. At a later date the user will need a report of all the money spent between 2 dates. I am expecting this functionality to be able to email a form with a list of receipts with serial numbers in pdf format along with relevant pictures to be emailed to an email address. The application will offer sync of the pictures and the information to an online website where the users can create reports, give others access to their portal , email print and create reports. these reports should be customisable like being able to change logo company [login to view URL] sync can be either done over a 3g network or over wifi the sync should be a manual/automatic sync. The above will form the POC of the project. At this point the applications will be already published on google and Apple app stores. The consultant will also assist in creation of the design spec from the user requirements and provide input in to the project as to what is possible and what can be achieved including testing and publishing on the apple/android/blackberry store.
