Advertising web page

Hello, I have a web page template and I need some programming codes on it. For the example you can see [login to view URL] but mine page will have only index+3 subpages + script for publish advertise and don't need to have much categories and subcategories like www.njuskalo.hr. It needs to have possibility: 1. Publishing adverstise - automatically (text+ up to 5 photos) from people all around the world 2. Quick finding an advertise in page - with keywords found in text of advertise 3. Statistics of visitors 4. Telephone number of the advertiser MUST BE HIDDEN for guests and visible for the administrator/moderator 5. Tag with keywords - oglasi, oglasnik, auto oglasi, nekretnine, nekretnine rijeka, foto oglasi 6. Name of the page: [login to view URL] (I will upload the page on the server when it is finished) The scope of the page is publishing people advertise AUTOMATICALLY and that the visitors have to call number shown on the page (060-600-028). - user connects to page - he need to find or put an advertise - he click on PREDAJ OGLAS (it will open the FORM predaj oglas) - he will chose a CATEGORY (drop down menu - automobili-nekretnine-razno) - advertise automatically shown on page (administrator will delete any badly formed advertise) - telephone number of advertisers shown only to administrator/moderator. I have attached my template for the example of graphic design of that webpage. This is what the index should like. I need this job in max 10 days and a working template in 3 days.
