Able Dating Script - Need a "BROWSE members" option added

I need a "BROWSE" option added to the homepage toolbar. When a member clicks on "BROWSE", the next page will show all countries (United States at top) with the cooresponding amount of members in parentheses next to the country. Once they click the country, the will be taken to a page listing all 50 states plus a "Browse all" option (to browse the entier country) with the number of members per state in parentheses. If they select a state, they will be taken to a page with a list of cities or a "browse all" option (to browse the entire state). Will also need 1,000 profiles edited to show random states, cities, height, etc.
