BUILD DB SOFTWARE AND A REPORT ( with the ability what to print what i need from excel in format i need ) ( reposted )

1.I need program that can do simple input - output data , report for print and stock -visualize ( from in-out db ) tracking ( "history") that i will be able to print from report ) .Program will be build in 2 stages . I NEED FIRST STAGE FAST 2-3 days max . If i dont have the rezults for first stage i will not pay. So bind for first part . I will hire you for second stage.

2. Read very well the diagram until bind ( Is not inportant if you are not able do build stage 2 - i put all there to have a general ideea ).

3. VERY IMPORTANT : The report printed must look with approximation ( like in excel file attached - they have same formulas that need to be the same " sum" and "multiply" ).

THE PROPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO GET RID OF THE excel sheet AND BE MORE ACCESSIBLE ( simple ) AND USER FRIENDLY TO ENTER THE DATA and to be able to print same specific data or cheek the stock.

I only have a window of 3 days from moment you accept the project. ( The project will be awarded fast in maxim 10 hours from posting )
