CMS + Seperate CRM Backend

This project contains a Phase 1 & 2. Please include seperate costs for each. Phase 1 is a test for work on Phase 2 (READ Terms & Conditions). - - - - - Phase 1: Ideally a Python CMS integrated with 2 existing sites. I am considering implementing with Joomla OR Drupal. Framework: Django, Pylons, Joomla, Drupal (you advise, I choose). Specs: Available. Phase 2: Integration of [login to view URL] CRM over HTTPS. Installation will need communicate with Python CMS via XML-RPC, WPHP ([login to view URL]) or alternative - FROM SEPERATE URL. vTiger CRM will inform Phase 3 requirements, i.e. whether or not the need exists to develop custom ERP from scratch with TinyERP/Django or Pylons. Phase 3 & onwards: E-Commerce integration, ERP, server management (CPanel functionality), Ajax - CMS, Ajax - CRM/ERP, Custom Python ERP, Multiple CMS projects, Additional enterprise projects, etc, etc. - - - - ## Deliverables ABOUT THE BUSINESS These are the first deliverables for a custom built hosted CMS server framework, with other existing contracts for immediate CMS implementations, + other leads "on the boil". This project will provide a foundation for an expanding set of functionalities allowing the launch of ongoing web enterprises, in parralel with offering our client base a growing product catalog. The target market is a very fertile micro to small business market in Australia, with huge potential for growth. - - - - - DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS I require a python developer for long-term development. The above Phase 1 & 2 will be a test of your aptitude and suitability for my project (and my suitability for you!). TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE python web frameworks mod_python (or additional experience) postgresql database management/design information architecture/design networking protocols, security, server management/customisation, etc SKILLS/ATTITUDES Min. 3 yrs proven Python, web oriented experience. Passionate about providing simple human focused web solutions from complex requirements. Experienced, skilled and always eager to learn. Ability to focus on the long-term project scope while able to remain agile and solution geared in the short-term. Excellent communication skills. A minimum of Good English ability is a must. Project management, forecasting, keeping deadlines!! Your friendliness and good humour is appreciated! IF this occurs (which i hope it doesnt) This will NOT be due to a change of mind, or abandonment of project, but your unsuitability for the project. DELIVERABLES 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased, as produced by coder.
