It's a website where (in basic) you should be able to:
Write a text and publish on the page. It? should then be? saved? so that other people will se it.? :) That's the basic idea, but please read the details where more will be described. Do not make a bid until you've read anything please.

## Deliverables
The following should be possible to do:
When getting to the webpage there should be two things that people can do:
1. Write a letter.
2. Read letters.
Once you get to the page a randomly letter should be displayed on the screen. Once you have read that letter you can press next to get a new letter randomized and showed.
Therefore there should be two buttons:
1. Next
2. Previous (to get to the previously picture...could be pressed as many times as possible until the first one that was showed).
A letter should be able to write in different colors(red, yellow etc.), fonts? (not so many needed), bold, italic and underlined? as well as? in different? size. Like you can do in word but a very very very? basic version of it of course. :) There should be a default value of them all if you don't want to choose anything.
The letter you type should fit in a big heart that will be centered on the screen and published there. The heart should require appriximate half of the screen. Therefore it will be a maximum number of letters that can be written. Text should ONLY be displayed within the heart...not outside.
The text the person has written should not fill the whole heart. Some small parts of the top and the bottom of the heart should be without text.
The heart should be solid pink and the background color should have some good matching color.
The design should be simple but VERY nice and attractive. People should feel warm and be happy when they are there.
It should be possible to send a mail to me by clicking on some link on the page.
There should be a captcha code written before you can send in the letter you've written.
All the letters that have been written should be verified by me before they are published on the site. So I should have some kind of admin panel to accept or reject a letter (to avoid bad ones).
Finally there should be a small place on the top (or some other good and discret place) where google adSense should be displayed.
There will also be some minor text labels on the page for exampel "Write your own heart", "Support the xxxxx", "Show that you care" etc. Won't be much though.
Hopefully you understand most of what I require...if not then simply ask. :)
All in all:
It should be a loving and caring page where certain people (won't tell here) can get some help by reading the letters people have written.
