code conversion

There is an existing application developed in Pro C (C + Oracle code). The application consists of different modules. Due to dpendencies on machine at client site, I want to make it indipendent and? web based. So, want to convert the exisiting code to MySql or ASP/ .Net or something like Pl/SQL DB packages etc.? by keeping logic intact. These procedure / packages will be called by front end user interfaces. the length of sources my very module to module but not too much lengthy. a good coder can do this task even in one day. ## Deliverables In order to save and intime money transfer... I would prefer (not compulsory)? , coder should be of my area i.e. Pakistan.
