Ad System similar to Facebook's

I need an ad system, similar to the one on Facebook. It must have an administrative page for managing the ads, and a publisher code wich counts how many times and ad has been displayer or clicked, and a pool with ads which are randomly choosed. The ad editor should be easy to use (title, picture and body text). The admin can choose the cost per click or cost per thousand (1.000) impressions, and the amount of money the ad is gonna have. Please look at facebook's ad creator to have an idea of what I'm looking for. The code must be clean, well commented (not entirely commented, only the parts that are necessary).
