AI / NN Project Plan + Requirement Spec

This project pertain to an AI Project that is in the very early stage.

The goal is to develop a software using Neural Network, Genetic Algorithms and other AI technologies to make decisions on the basis of volatile input data.

The preferred technology platform is Mathematica. Other NN or optimization products can been used.

The goal of this project is to create the framework of what needs to be developed and a roadmap for this project in order to make it happened.

Also research on the challenges what are the best technologies to use ..

This project will be continued in which the qualified candidate will act as a the main designer (architect) and potentially as the project lead
