I need the following for my r.e. site Set username/profiles for users- they create log in details, select package & pays for it, then forwarded to form. each package has a limited time (limited units) on it so depending on the package they can only access the results (schedule & see replies) for a certain amount of days. once first period expires they should be able to pay again and not have to set up completely new account - and be able to see the results that were blocked. Need auto notification when time is about to expire User fills out forms, sets a schedule outlining the days/times they're available, set the appointment increments (15/30 mins. or not) Apt is assigned an id with a html link User can view appts & client details (whatever they filled in) User can update listing status from avail to rented which notifies all scheduled appointments in 1 shot via email User can see all inquiries and sort them by categories User can add a listing under the same username without having to sign up again after they pay for the service User is alerted (by email/text) for every appointment made --- On the client side - client sees ad with the link to schedule an appointment They clicks link & fill out screening form where they must meet the user's requirements in order to schedule an appointment *user sees each client as ranking low, medium or high (for example) in terms of eligibility. user should also be able to view those who did not qualify if they so choose to make an exception. If approved client sees the user's schedule and sets up an appointment for a viewing in the available time slots. At that time they also select how they want to be reminded (email, text or phone call) They cant see schedule unless they create a username & pass and pass user's requirements. theyll be given different restrictions from clients. They can log in and change/cancel appt or alter profile. this also allows for easier use if they come across another post where the client uses our services b/c they won't have to input everything again They are sent an automatic email that allows them to edit their appointment Other features: Contact forms for tech support ## Deliverables there was also 2 other things that i wanted to put in description but couldnt fit- that is i want to be able to change (admin/backend) the number of units associated with each package if i choose to later on... and the second thing is i wanted to make the unlimited package - where it is possible to let users link to the program where it looks like the user is still on their website (so either making the background customizable - with the user's web colors/logo - and/or somehow making it so that the domain name of the user appears i.e. - managers website is relproperty - the site would say [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or something like this
