DLL to convert RTF to PDF

I need a DLL to convert an RTF file to a PDF file. I need source code in VC++ 6.0 and code to call the DLL. My app will call the DLL with the name of the RTF file (C:\Folder\[login to view URL]), the DLL will convert it to the same name PDF file (C:\Folder\[login to view URL]). Conversion must retain all text formatting and graphics from the RTF file.
