Non-profit Community Service Group seeks efficent web/database developer
We have a lot of members, and even more information to keep track of. We want a way to enter and store it online.
Required:
* Web application based on PHP/MySQL
* Log in ability for Board members
* Board members can add/import members and member information
* Board members can find and edit members and member information
* Board members can credit members for dues paid, meetings attended, community service provided
* Part of entering community service information should include details about the project (when/where/with what organization)
* Ability for public to run reports on members graduating, members who have/haven't paid dues, master hours list, members with most hours, community project with most members involved or most hours
* Reports should be able to be run over multiple semesters
* Board members should be able to export any information/reports
Desired:
* Members should be able to log in and update their information (name, email, major, graduation date)
* Members should be able to "submit" volunteer hours for Board approval
* Alumni members should be able to add additional information (industry, graduate school, company) and update contact information. Members can search alumni based on location, graduate school, company, or industry
