Custom Earring applet

I'm looking to create a web page that works very similar to this: [login to view URL] Customers will be able to come to the page and select a custom earring template (different sizes and shapes). Then will have an upload form to upload gifs & jpgs; which then will be shown on screen on top of the earring template. The customer will be able to move and manipulate the image within the earring template, then the design can be submitted. When an entry is submitted, a confirmation page will show where the customer pays. Once the design is confirmed and paid, the page will send an email with the customer's information, a picture of the earring design template, and the original gif or jpg the customer uploaded. I have already created the layout for this page, I just need someone who can make everything function for me.
