Create joomla 1.5 template for church website

I am looking for someone to create a joomla 1.5 template for a church website. I speak computer hardware not web page design, but I am looking for a basic two column site with a tabbed horizontal-drop down navigation menu on the top with a large header/banner image that can be randomized whenever a new page is opened. ## Deliverables I like the layout of the website that I included to be modeled with some changes. What I would like included: * Drop down tabbed navigation menu on top of page * Large header/banner image size (910x255) - it doesn't have to match those dimensions exactly, but I like the relative size of it. * * I would like the ability to have the page pull up a random image from a specific folder whenever a new page load happens - jpg would be best. * Breadcrumbs and a search box on the image(I apologize, I do not know what the correct term for it is - it isn't really an image I don't think) right below the header/banner image. * The browser title on each page to display "Oakdale Community Church: <name of page here>" if possible. I don't know if that is something that can be set up in CSS or if while setting up an article within joomla that there is an option for the browser title, but if the only solution to that is to hand code in the title in html on each page, then just the title of the page is fine. Layout / Organization of pages: * church name (top center) * * It looks like on the model website the "church name" is an image - that's fine. Just a basic .png with the name "oakdale community church" in a font similar to the one of the model website. The color of the font can be black there doesn't need to be a background image. * Left column - will be same content for all pages on site * * Main Menu * * Home * Contact Us * Directions * Audio Sermons * Events Calendar * Our Mission * * Same "borders" as the main menu around text area * Ability to type in text and have the area expand accordingly * Join Us * * Same "borders" as the main menu around text area * Ability to type in text and have the area expand accordingly * Article area on main page * * Nothing specific ; just add a few articles with a "Read more..." option * Drop down tabbed navigation menu on top of page * * Tabs (left to right) * * Home * About Us * * Contact Us * Worship * What We Believe * Our Pastor * Map and Directions * Virtual Tour * Ministries * * Youth * Men's Ministries * Women's Ministries * Worship * Outreach * Resources * * Audio Sermons * Q & A of Christianity * About our Community * Additional Resources * I would like to ability to edit this menu through joomla and add/remove articles and/or tabs, so as long as the tabs are there with at least one choice within it I can handle the rest of the content in them. <!-- --> * Misc * * Color scheme * * On the model website, it is a greenish/black scheme and I don't much care for it BUT I would like the ability to change the scheme when needed anyway. You can use those colors if you prefer as long as you could walk me through how to change the following colors in the CSSs or some other pre-canned option within joomla. * * That greenish image on the model website with the bread crumbs and the search box - I am pretty sure it isn't an image and the colors could be changed with CSS, but I will trust your knowledge over mine :) If not, let me know and I will just need to pick a color * The color of the tabbed horizontal navigation menu for a mouse over and when it is clicked (they are different colors on the model website) * The border color outside of content on the page (sorrry - I am sure there is a proper name for it I just don't know it) - it looks to me to be black on the model website * Other colors * On the model website it looks like the background color of the actual content / menus is a light gray - and I think that would be the best color for this website. * * On the model website it looks like the background color of the actual content / menus is a light gray - and I think that would be the best color for this website.
