Create a Wordpress microsite, template ok

I need a small (5-7 pages) Wordpress site created to be used in part of a network of steel buildings and construction related websites. I've got 2 reference sites to use as guidelines for the format, design and layout. You will be responsible for creating the graphics,and you are free to use any construction related templates and modify them to what I need. I will be needing several more of these sites created once this project is completed. ## Deliverables I'm looking for someone to create a small (5-7) page website in Wordpress. The site will be part of a bigger network of microsites that all have to do with steel buildings/construction. I will need several (5-10) more of these microsites over the next few months and if you handle this project well I will send all of the other projects to you. The site will have lots of information about steel building types, the benefits of steel buildings, etc. and it is meant for people who are looking for and want to buy metal buildings. There will be an option to enter your information and you will receive quotes from 3 different manufacturers. I would like you to use any construction related Wordpress template/theme to create a site and then I will upload it to my server and you can configure it. I will be providing links to 2 resources that are very similar in style and functionality to what I want created. You can use these resources as general guidelines for the format and layout, but I do not want them copied exactly or cloned. Otherwise I am flexible with the design and layout and I will leave it up to you. I would like you to provide any logos, photos, etc. and I don't care what you use. I would like it to look professional and have the look and feel of a high traffic website. Some of the features I would like it to have are: Home page: ? a banner with a picture of some contractors, construction workers, etc ? the name of the site with any stock logo that you will create/find online ? a spot for some advertising banners ? 3 big boxes in the middle of the page, under the banner, that contain the following : 1) Get Up to 3 Free Steel Building Quotes 2) Visit Our Steel Building Resources Page 3) View Our Steel Building Photo Gallery.
