Correct Site Display Problem in IE

I have a classified ad site to which I've recently added a YouTube Video module.

When the code for the video module is added to the listing template, it's causing a site display problem in IE only (Firefox etc. is ok), forcing the left & right sidebars to display at the middle of the screen below the ad. This needs correcting so the sidebars display normally on either side of the screen where they should be.

This should only be a? quick job for someone who knows what they're doing. For more details - site URL, script details & an example of the problem - please see the attached file.
