Copy/Paste web pages titles and descriptions

We need someone to simply paste the page titles and descriptions on roughly 380 webpages. We have 27 websites that utilize the same page templates/structure. They each have between 10-14 pages. We need someone to simply copy the title text and description text from our excel file and paste into the appropriate sections on each page.
## Deliverables
We will provide the website files (HTML/ASP) and the excel spread sheet that details each page/file's title and description text. From there the developer simply copies each line and pastes it into the appropriate section, i.e. the excel spreadsheet will contain a field for the page title of index.asp. simply copy the text and paste to the title section of [login to view URL], then save the file.
There are 27 domains, each containing 10-14 pages to be updated, which is roughly 380. Should be quick and easy to do, we just don't have the time at the moment.
