Clipshare modification

I have several modifications that are required of clipshare 3.0 1. Private Channels 2. Private Videos 3. Upgrade Packages 4. Renewal Notifications 5. Admin Packages per User 6. User multiple/bulk uploader system I also have other modifications I'd like to discuss, but these are the initial batch. ## Deliverables 1. Private Channels - can create a private channels, only those users they allow will be given access to that channel. Any video they add to that channel becomes private. Any video they remove from that channel becomes public unless made as a private video. ? Channels Tab Screen divided by Featured Channels, Private Channels, Public Channels ? Private channels only visible as conditional; if owner/member of channel, then visible, otherwise private channel not visible at all. add videos to private channel are only allowed as conditional by owner/member of channel. if video owner is not member of channel, cannot add to channel and appropriate error message stating something like "Video is not owned by a member of your Private Channel" ? Subscribe channel - check box allows for notification of new video additions, new topics, comments, uncheck box will mean no notification email for channel, topic, or comments Upload! Tab On [login to view URL] page (step 1) conditional for selecting private channel: If the? uploader is owner/member of private channel; then selection box available to check, similar to Video Categories. Can only select 1 channel. Watch! tab Conditionals will not show videos that are members of private channels or private videos. 2. Private Videos - videos can be made private and then back to public, only videos uploaded/owned can be made private. A confirmation dialog box will pop up before the video is made public, after clicking OK the video is now public. ? Watch! tab Private videos will be differentiated by PRIVATE label just below video title, this will also apply in Channels tab as well. 3. Upgrade packages - Once subscribed to a package want the ability to upgrade to another package, upgrade will prorate based on date of original package credit, and allow for user to upgrade in existing time. example purchase 1 month? (30 days) silver package $10; upgrade to gold package $20 after 15 days, only pay for the upgrade amount, $10, upgrade platinum package $30, pay upgrade amount $20? ? 4. Renewal notifications control panel - notifications automatically emailed to user based on selected time (30 days, 2 weeks, 3 days) based on their expiration time. Renewal allows them to link directly to Paypal screen to choose package; editor box within control panel to allow easy editing and personalizing of renewal email. ? 5. User Screen - add column showing packages and expiration date; ability for admin to change package status via user edit screen. ? 6. User multiple/bulk upload -? to FTP watch folder, allow for entry form for each enter to include file name, comments, privacy, etc..
