App Maintenance - current live App

We have developed an App through worker and is live on the app store (SteakMate). The programmer (Business Souls) fails to return emails and has been terribly bad in response times. We need some changes made to the app and need the database updated. We are seeking a reliable partner to assist us into the future and are willing to pay a 'retainer' for responsive service. The workload will be very low, however the initial work required is: - adding in a few functions to the 'Top Rated' search page (number of ratings on each venue - the scroll in the 'Rate a Steak' section sticks in the middle of the screen - the drop down lists do not operate as required - the database needs to programmed to eliminate duplicate entries This work is urgent, the ongoing maintenance will be minimal once this is completed. The partner we choose will: - guarantee response times - be penalised financially if they are not met - have a track record in the maintenance of apps Once the partner demonstrates this, we will need the partner to convert the app for Andriod. This presents a problem for us as we need changes and not sure of you all can change the existing content that is uploaded to apple without the content - does this make sense?
