Affiliate Link Cloaker

Inviting bids for a way to easily cloak someone's affiliate link. I would like to have this application run/work from my website. For example, someone goes to [login to view URL] and enters their affiliate link in one field. They then enter [login to view URL] into another field. They are then able to advertise/promote the [login to view URL] address and get commissions from the original affiliate link. Will need everything installed to my hosting account as well. Thanks! Jay
