Advertising Network

What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with graphics, maybe including a new logo and colours for my business and program done. I will provide more information when needed. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I am looking for mix between [login to view URL] (60%) and [login to view URL] (40%) also back end should be closer to [login to view URL] design and programming because it is much easier to navigate and you can access it to program from it. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience in designing and programming websites which are similar to Advertising Network PPC. Timeframe for delivery: you will have to provide me with a time frame, I am willing to give more time to build the website in trade for less cost building the site, please also keep this in mind I am looking for a long term relationship so if you do a good job on this site, you will be rewarded with maintaining the site, if the site takes off.
