Adding functionality to current website to include shopping cart, payment processing, reporting, etc...

We want to add a functionality on our website that allows our law firm to process information entered by clients. The focus is on corporate formation (incorporations, LLC formation, etc…) as offered by competitors such as these: ## Deliverables 1. We want to be able to receive the information in order to fill out our internal documentation that we can then file in New York State. We want to be able to add additional functionality to be able to add more states in the future. 2. Clients can click through the shopping cart and choose the services they want 3. The process is fairly simple: a. Client choose services b. Then are taken a screen where they fill out basic information about themselves (registration) c. Then they are taken to another form that is to be filled out and represents the questions required by each questionnaire in each official form. d. Then the client is taken to another screen where they enter payment information. We want maximum flexibility in being able to add new pages (for different forms and for different states) going forward.
