AIM bot w/Interface(repost)

This program will be used to send out AOL Instant Messages to a group of clients. I'd like to be able open this program and create, what I'll call, a process. I will enter a message to be IM-ed. I would then like to schedule a time and date interval that this message will be sent out during. I would next import a group of buddies that will receive this message either from a *.blt file or text file (if it will be much easier). I would then like to be able to save this process with the option of being able to delete it (or cancel it if it is in progress). I need the ability to create any number of these processes to various groups of buddies. I will need to be able to look at an on going process and see which buddies have received the scheduled IM and which have not. Once the buddy receives the message, the buddy is removed from the "to be contacted" list and placed in the "already contacted" list. I would like the time/date of every sent IM logged in a text file. I also need the ability to set the delay that the instant message is sent at for buddies just signing on. (ie. I want to be able to say, send the message after the buddy has been online for 2 minutes) The design and methods of implementation are pretty open for the coder to create as he/she sees fit as long as it has all the abilities listed above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
