Cartoonish Logo Needed....

My domain name is [login to view URL] I need a creative cartoonish logo created for this site. Obviously, a blunt is like a cigar... What I need done in the logo is the following: I need there to be a nice sized face with his toung sticking out licking a blunt paper. You need to create a custom face, preferably wearing a hat or hooded sweatshirt and make him licking a blunt paper with like little droplets coming off. Please only bid on this if you are great at making cartoonish looking characters and can make him licking a blunt. Need pretty good details in the face. Mock ups would be greatly appreciated and will be more considered.
