cgi newsletter & Search function

Hi, First please do not read any further if A) you lack the ability to communicate FLUENTLY in English. B) you can not actually install scripts, configure site to accept scripts and test site once scripts uploaded. C)you are *UNRATED* don't bid as the last 2 unrated coders have proved to be useless and wasted over a month for a simple project...don't bother as I will not reply..... IF you are RATED PLEASE DO BID..IF you are capable I require someone to provide cgi scripts to make a "recommend to a friend" function work and an "add to Mailing list" function work. that's it..simple isn't it!? You must set the requisite security permissions too so that the site is secure, you will need to access and configure the site so it will accept scripts (ie..cgi bin ..I think...not too up on it to be honest)Also must provide me with the code to attach to site buttons etc to make site work, or code 2 templates that I will send you..Up to you which way round it works.. anyway to make it simple, you are bidding to access my site and make it capable of running two scripts that you will provide, Script 1) simple recommend to a friend , script 2) add to mailing list/newsletter function, 3) provide code or code the templates to make the scripts work. I have text boxes and buttons on site ready, the site is live and just waiting. Please bid and give a firm time frame, by firm i mean realistic and an "it will be done by date" I am very easy going but I will not put up with people incapable of doing what they say they can, so please please don't bid if you can not do this or have not done it before, I will pay immediately on successful implimentation of the job, and rate accordingly. thanks my site is hosted by ghoulnet and the specs for their equipment are there.
