***Web based Customer Campsite Reservation / Booking / Commerce System***
System will initially service two County Campground Properties with approx. 100 and 25 campsites. Should have capability to have other properties and sites added to system. System will be used by web visiting public for self-serve reservations **AND** Customer Service operators for walk-in and telephone requests. System should be built in PERL w/MySQL DB.
**Should include the following capabilities:**
* Customer account registration / recall for future "Easy Booking"
* Password recovery to registered e-mail address
* Optional payment (Credit/Debit Card) info "recording"
* Search system for date range availability of specific campground / site #
* Search system for "When is specific campground / site # available?"
* Search system for date range availability of specific -or- any campground AND site type (features such as electric, water and electric, 50amp electric, shaded, etc)
* Limit a visitors registrations at specific campground to 21 days in 30 day period
* Limit a visitors registrations to dates which are 7 days (adjustable, if policy changes) ahead of transaction date
* Limit Reservations to April 15 - Oct. 15th
* Have pop-up (dhtml) calendars for date (search or booking) inputs.
* Have input of site #'s for searches from imagmapped Property / Site maps (we can do imagemapping once provided with link / JS etc. syntax)
* Assign site numbers for wildcard reservations based on sites available (track booked / available)
* Do standard (SSL) e-commerce functions of fee calculations, terms/rules acceptance, payment data input, confirmation / receipt presentation
* Notify admin(s) of new reservations by email
**Have admin interface to:**
* Do Customer account lookups for operator telephonic / walk-in reservations etc for returning customers.
* Cancel or edit a reservation
* Provide reporting of "Per Night" fees booked by date range
* Provide reporting of "Per Reservation" transaction fees booked by date range
* Provide reporting of booking capacity by date range (From mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy property x is 82% full)
And of course Retrive reservation / payment info for ACH processing
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
