Calling Header Footer into another Script from main site.

I just installed another script to my website its the broadcast machine free script and I need the header and footer of my website to appear above and below this new script. This should be an easy job for someone with some knowledge and expertise. Please bid if you have good feedback and if you know what your doing and can have it done today not bid and win today and start next week , I need someone to bid today and install it all in one day.
