Convert Gift Registry Contribution from osCommerce to osCMax

We are looking for someone to convert a Gift Registry contribution from oscommerce to osCMax. All code should be wrapped in comments in order to facilitate updates and work on the latest stable release of oscmax. Here is the old oscommerce contribution:

We are open to a better more robust registry if such code exists; however, again it does need to work within oscmax. If you have already completed such a task, please provide a link to a live site and describe what it's built on.
