Crowd funding site

We need a professional team that has experience in building websites. We are looking to develop a crowd funding site such as [login to view URL] The site will have to be coded in .NET with a free database engine. If you have previously developed projects like this and have a platform already developed, coding in PHP could be an option. The design and functionality of the site will be similar to these of [login to view URL] with projects being posted and funded by users along with certain additional features described further down. The final version of the site will not be in English, that is why it is very important for us that all fields used in it (visible to the users) be arranged in one or two files easy to find and translate. The most important things for us regarding the project are described in the points below. Please pay close attention to them before making your bid as we want to be sure they will be properly implemented in the final product. The project is urgent and we are looking for bidders with experience and excellent success rate that can guarantee a timely project completion. 1) We need high quality web design (we will show samples) of the site’s pages including its administrative panel. We will give you logo ideas so you can include that in the design too. 2) The front end of the site will consist of lists of projects divided into categories (which we will be able to edit/delete/add). 3) Project Area - Each project will have text description (divided into several sections), youtube videos, pictures. Other people will be able to comment on the project and the creator will be able to give feedback on the project’s progress. The project will have budget set by its creator and a final date. If it is 100% funded, the payment can be divided into milestones with requirements to be met for each milestone. Each project will have its own rating based on several criteria such as the project creator’s own rating, the number of people supporting it etc. There will be a facebook like button for each project. 4) The projects will have different system “statuses” and each status will trigger different actions. I.e. if a project is 100% funded, it will make the money available to its creator and if it fails, the pledged money will go back to the users’s accounts, etc. 5) For the most important project stages, status changes etc. the system must send personal messages (and or emails) to the users. 6) Sign-up and login area. There will be 3 different types of users, such as private, corporate and admin users. The corporate and private users will have almost identical functionalities, only the admin user will be different. 7) The private and corporate users will have all the basic account features – user information, personal messages, personal rating etc. There will be a page from where they will be able to see all projects they have created or supported. 8) !!!!!!Payment accounts - each account will have its own “payment and projects” section. The payments in and out of the users’ accounts will not be integrated with any external payment system (paypal etc.) with a direct interface. Nevertheless the site must have a special form for the admin to be able to import or export funds to and from the user accounts. 9) !!!!!The most important feature of the site’s functionality is the movement of the funds to and from the users and the projects. Once a user account is funded, he can support any project with any amount he wants. When the money is pledged to a project, the money is moved from “available” to “reserved” status for the project. If the project is 100% funded the reserved money from all pledgers is transferred as active to the project’s owner. If there are milestones defined by the project creator, only the money for the given milestone will be made available to the project owner. !!!For the full preliminary project description, please see the attached file!!!
