Automatic Virtual sending after paypal payment (database)

I'm not really sure what this is called, but here it goes.
I currently run a game server, where people buy things called "coins". In the database, there is a table in the "cash" database that holds the information for what account IDs have coins, and how many. The account IDs are from the account table in the account database.
I need some kind of system to automatically send the coins to the account after the Paypal payment has been received. Right now, each time someones buys X amount of coins, I have to manually run a query through the analyzer to update how many coins their account has with however many they bought.
Basically I want it to where the user logs in with his account ID and password, then goes to the Buy Coin's page and chooses how much he/she wants, and as soon as he/she clicks send and the payment is received on our side, the amount of coins his account has goes up by however many he/she purchased.
