Create Wordpress plugin

Hello, I need a wordpress plugin that will allow me to enter data into a table within the wordpress database.(mysql) 1. The plugin will be linked to a specific table in the wordpress database. (a config file or settings within the plugin to define it) 2. The plugin then should display all the available columns with empty text fields. 3. I only need the plugin to be able to write one record at a time. Once the fields have been entered there will need to be a save button that will then write to the table. The plugin needs to be accessible via the wordpress dashboard.
