Looking for a very experienced programmer/programming team that can create a comprehensive CRM application for our company. WHAT WE DO ======================================================== Our company distributes signs ([login to view URL]) The program is designed to statistically analyze our company's truck drivers, every friday our truck drivers deliver the signs and scan these signs with his scanner. Once his route is completed on friday he sends the .csv file with his scans (which i have attached ([login to view URL]) . On Sunday he picks up the signs, as he picks these up he scans them. Once his route is completed on sunday he sends out the file. We have an existing application [login to view URL] (Access- user: admin pass:curbadmin01 )<--This is a demo portal. **WE NEED A DESIGN MAKEOVER + ADDITIONS** Basically, we need a comprehensive application that manages these scans list. Since we have 5 drivers who deliver around 1200 signs in a weekend. -The information needs to be managed in an organized fashion. -The information needs to be emailed to clients in a 1 step process. -There should be detailed reports, analysis. Ie, how many deliveries, how many pickups in a weekend, how long a route takes for a certain driver, etc.. -Each scan gets geotagged, when file is uploaded it should pin-point the geotags on a map to display a route. -There should be a help ticket forum -A notification system similar to facebook, that notifies the admin when changes are being made. -There should be a portal for the admin to make changes and a customer portal for the client to see whats going on. I HAVE CREATED A MOCKUP DESIGN FOR HOW THIS SYSTEM SHOULD WORK [login to view URL] AND THIS IS HOW THE CLIENT PORTAL SHOULD WORK [login to view URL] Those are a couple of the main/large additions I have attached a list of the changes that will go along with this system. I also attached a sheet with a detail task list. Also the CMS should look very proffesional something like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] **PROPOSALS SHOULD BE SENT AFTER SPEAKING WITH ME, SO YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS REQUIRED AND WHAT IS NEEDED**
