Allow me to mark a thread as moderated in the Moderation Tools dropdown

Hi I need to add an option to allow me to mark a thread as moderated in the Moderation Tools dropdown menu. This is for vBulletin 4.2.2 PL1. The purpose of this is allow me to mark specific threads as moderated and not all the threads of a specific forum as vBulletin allows me to do.
