Add a second Banner option to our CMS

We need an alternative to Flash banner solution in our CMS. We're open to suggestions. Such as Jquery etc.
We would like to keep the existing banner insertion method but add a non-flash alternative.
(because mobile devices and flash compatibility issues). Please look at the attached screenshots to see our existing banner add method before bidding.
Note: Please only bid if you can make and keep deadlines. All work to be done on development stage and then the code must be updated o our live site.
