C# Project

I need a portal desined in C#.NET. MVC portion of website will have the function that end users will be able to select property and submit rental payments to that property. Additional feature(s) end user will be able to submit repair request with detail of the area of repair and problem of area needed to be address. All transaction will be logged in activity file (xml) and have the ability to be pulled up by date criteria. Admin portion for repair request should have ability to configure which email address information goes to. Important details! This is a additional feature to a developing site. Developer is only responsible for items in bid. Object code is to be completed in C#. The site is maintain on [login to view URL] web space. Data set are to support Code First development of tables. The database is a SQL 2008 database. Pricing should be for pricing of the development of the pages and classes needed to satisfy request. Payment code should be designed for PayPal payment vessel.
